# Analytics

> See how visitors use your experience.

Open the **Analytics** tab and choose a **Date range**: the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days.

## Totals

| Number | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Unique sessions | Visits to the experience |
| Total events | All tracked actions |
| Total searches | Searches typed by visitors |
| Total space visits | Times a store's details were opened |
| Total direction requests | Routes asked for |

## Lists

* **Top search keywords**: what visitors search for most.
* **Clicks on spaces**: which stores visitors open most.
* **Directions to spaces**: which stores visitors ask directions to most.

These visits also fill the **Most Popular Stores** row in the viewer. See [Directory overview](https://cxdocs.planpoint.io/directory/overview.md#most-popular-stores).

> A popular search with few store clicks may mean visitors can't find what they look for. Check the store's name and category.

> Analytics shows how the experience is used. It is not a count of people in the building.
