# Dashboard

> Find your experiences and create new ones.

The dashboard lists every experience your account can open.

## Open an experience

Use **Search experiences** and the **All types** filter to find it, then open it to edit its settings. Inside an experience, the tabs are:

| Tab | What you do there |
| - | - |
| General | Floor plan, public link, name, colours and opening view |
| Wayfinding & Positioning | Visitor directions, route adjustments and beacons |
| Store Directory | Categories, stores, amenities and drawing them on the map |
| Ads & Sponsorships | Sponsored content on touchscreens |
| Touchscreens | On-site screens |
| Integrations | Webflow and Planpoint Viewer sync |
| Analytics | Searches, store visits and direction requests |

The directory tab is called **Unit Directory** or **Space Directory** for residential and office projects.

## Create an experience

**1. Choose New experience**

The **New Customer Experience** form opens.

**2. Fill in the details**

Enter the **Experience Name**, an optional **Description** and the **Experience Type** (Retail, Residential, Office or Other). The type changes some wording and fields.

**3. Check the address**

**Namespace** and **Host Name** are filled in from the name. Together they form the public link: `/[namespace]/[hostName]`.

**4. Create it**

Choose **Create Experience**. The new experience starts without a floor plan, so [draw it](https://cxdocs.planpoint.io/project/floorplan.md) next.

> [!NOTE]
>
> If an experience you expect is missing, ask your account administrator or Planpoint support to check your access.
