# Tenant editor access

> Let a store owner edit only their own store.

You can invite a store owner to keep their own listing up to date. They get a simple, password-protected page for that one store, without access to the rest of the dashboard.

**1. Open the store**

Edit the store in the directory.

**2. Send the invitation**

Enter the owner's email address and send the invite.

**3. The owner sets a password**

They open the link from the email and choose a password.

**4. The owner edits their store**

They can update the name, description, phone, email, website, opening hours and photos.

## Invitation status

Each invited email shows as **Pending** or **Accepted**. Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend a pending invitation; this sends a new link and the old one stops working. To replace an owner's access, send a new invitation to the same address.
