# Positioning troubleshooting

> Fixes for a blue dot that is missing or in the wrong place.

## The blue dot doesn't appear

Check that **Enabled** is on in **BLE Beacon Positioning**, that the visitor allowed Bluetooth and location access, and that the UUID, Major and Minor match the installed beacons.

## The dot is on the wrong floor

Check the floor of the nearby beacons in the beacon editor.

## The dot jumps around

Check that the nearby beacons are placed correctly on the map and still work.

## What to send support

The experience, phone model, browser, the time, where you walked and what you saw. A screen recording helps.
