# Welcome to Planpoint CX

> Interactive maps, searchable directories and indoor directions for malls, residential and office buildings.

Planpoint CX turns your floor plan into an interactive map. Visitors can search for a store, see its details and follow step-by-step directions. Share it on your website and phones, or run it on screens in the building.

## Key terms

* **Experience**: one property, such as a mall or an office building.
* **Floor plan**: the walls, doors and stairs of each floor. CX builds the map from it.
* **Space**: something visitors can search for, such as a store, apartment or office.
* **Amenity**: a shared facility, such as an entrance, washroom or elevator.
* **Kiosk**: a screen in the building with a fixed spot on the map.

> Wording follows the project type: retail projects say **store**, residential projects say **unit** and office projects say **space**. These docs say **space** when something works the same for all three.
