# Leasing View

> Colour units on the map by availability.

Leasing View colours each unit on the map by its status: available, leased or pending. It is available for **Residential** and **Office** projects.

## Turn it on

1. In **General > Leasing View**, turn on **Enable Leasing View**.
2. Choose **Show by default** if the colours should be visible when the map opens, and **Show Legend** to explain the colours.
3. Pick a colour for **Available**, **Leased**, **Pending** and **Unset**.
4. In the directory, set the availability of each unit.

Visitors can then switch the colours on and off with the **Leasing** button. Units without a status use the **Unset** colour, so missing data is easy to spot.

> Choose colours that are easy to tell apart, also for colour-blind visitors.
