# Launch checklist

> What to check before you share the experience.

## Map

* Every floor is drawn, with walls, doors and stairs in the right place.
* The opening view works on a computer and on a phone.
* The street map lines up with the building, if you use it.

## Directory

* Every store has a name, category and outline on the right floor.
* Hours, contact details, images and website links are up to date.
* Searching for store names and categories finds the right stores.
* Entrances, washrooms, elevators and other amenities are on the map.

## Directions

* **Visitor directions** is turned on.
* **Route adjustments** shows that all public places can be reached, or you know why not.
* Routes from the main entrances and from each touchscreen look right.
* Routes to other floors use the right stairs, elevator or escalator.
* Staff-only areas are closed off.

## Screens

* Each screen has its own link, the right floor and the right spot.
* Touchscreens: search, routes and the reset work on the real screen.
* Non-touch displays: the text is readable and the **You are here** marker is right.
* Each screen starts by itself after a restart.

## Last checks

* English and French look right, if you need both.
* Ads and integrations show the right content.
* Someone is responsible for keeping the content up to date.
