Key terms
- Experience: one property, such as a mall or an office building.
- Floor plan: the walls, doors and stairs of each floor. CX builds the map from it.
- Space: something visitors can search for, such as a store, apartment or office.
- Amenity: a shared facility, such as an entrance, washroom or elevator.
- Kiosk: a screen in the building with a fixed spot on the map.
Wording follows the project type: retail projects say store, residential projects say unit and office projects say space. These docs say space when something works the same for all three.
