The public viewer shows the map next to a searchable directory. It adapts to phones, computers and touchscreens.

Move around the map

  • Drag to move the map. Scroll or pinch to zoom.
  • Turn or tilt the map: on a computer, right-click and drag (or hold Shift and drag). On a touchscreen, twist or slide two fingers.
  • Stores show their name with a small icon. The icon comes from the store’s category.
The buttons on the map:

Find a store

Visitors can browse categories, use the Most Popular Stores row or search by name, category or related words. They can also tap a store on the map. The details panel shows its description, images, hours, contact details and rating, when you have added them.

Get directions

  1. Choose a store and select Directions.
  2. Choose the starting point. While choosing, visitors can also tap a store on the map.
  3. The route appears on the map with the walking time. Select Start Directions to follow it step by step, including floor changes.
If a store has locations on several floors, visitors can pick a floor or Nearest entrance. When the page has just opened, directions may show Preparing navigation… for a few seconds. If preparing fails, a Retry button appears.

On-site screens

A kiosk link starts every route from where the screen stands. On a touchscreen, the experience resets after a period without use. A non-touch display shows a fixed map and directory instead. See Touchscreens overview.

Language

Visitors switch between English and French with the flag button. See Languages.
