Leasing View colours each unit on the map by its status: available, leased or pending. It is available for Residential and Office projects.

Turn it on

  1. In General > Leasing View, turn on Enable Leasing View.
  2. Choose Show by default if the colours should be visible when the map opens, and Show Legend to explain the colours.
  3. Pick a colour for Available, Leased, Pending and Unset.
  4. In the directory, set the availability of each unit.
Visitors can then switch the colours on and off with the Leasing button. Units without a status use the Unset colour, so missing data is easy to spot.
Choose colours that are easy to tell apart, also for colour-blind visitors.
