You can invite a store owner to keep their own listing up to date. They get a simple, password-protected page for that one store, without access to the rest of the dashboard.

Open the store

Edit the store in the directory.

Send the invitation

Enter the owner’s email address and send the invite.

The owner sets a password

They open the link from the email and choose a password.

The owner edits their store

They can update the name, description, phone, email, website, opening hours and photos.

Invitation status

Each invited email shows as Pending or Accepted. Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend a pending invitation; this sends a new link and the old one stops working. To replace an owner’s access, send a new invitation to the same address.
