Each screen opens its own link. Copy it with the copy button on the screen’s row in Touchscreens. It looks like this:
Use a different link for every screen. The link follows the experience’s mode: touchscreen or non-touch display.

Set up the screen

  • Open the link in full-screen or kiosk mode, and start it automatically when the device turns on.
  • Turn off sleep, screen savers and pop-ups.
  • Set the right resolution and orientation.
  • Make sure the device can reach the internet.

Offline package

For non-touch displays, you can download an offline HTML5 package instead of using the link. This suits signage players that need a file, or screens with an unreliable connection.
  1. Set the mode to Non-touch display and save.
  2. In the screen list, choose the download button (Download HTML5 package) for the screen.
  3. Load the ZIP file into your signage player. It contains a single index.html.
The package starts without an internet connection. When the screen is online, it checks for directory changes every 5 minutes and keeps the latest version it loaded.

Final check on site

  1. Restart the device. Check that the experience opens by itself, on the right floor, with You are here in the right place.
  2. Check that nothing is cut off at the screen’s resolution.
  3. On a touchscreen: search, try a route to another floor and wait for the reset.
  4. On a non-touch display: check that the text is readable from a normal distance.
  5. Unplug the network for a moment and check that the screen recovers.
A good preview on your computer is not enough. Always check every installed screen.
